1.2 The instructions and guidelines provided with the product should be followed carefully to ensure safe and effective waxing results.
1.3 Hunnywax shall not be liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the improper use, misuse, or failure to follow the provided instructions.
Health & Safety
2.1 It is essential to perform a patch test before using the waxing product on a larger area to check for proper heat temperature, allergic reactions or sensitivity.
2.2 Hunnywax advises users to consult with a healthcare professional before using the product if they have any pre-existing skin conditions, allergies, or health concerns.
2.3 Hunnywax shall not be held responsible for any adverse reactions, injuries, or damages arising from the use of the product, including but not limited to allergic reactions, burns, or skin irritation.
2.4 Hunnywax cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of the information available on this site. Product Warranty & Returns
3.1 Hunnywax provides a limited warranty for its waxing product against physical damages and defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period for physical damages is valid only for 2 days from the date of delivery to the customer, while the warranty period for defects is valid only for 6 days from the date of delivery to the customer.
3.2 To avail of the warranty, customers must retain proof of purchase and provide video evidence of unboxing the product, and contact our customer support within the warranty period.
3.3 Hunnywax may offer a return or exchange policy for the product if the product bottle is found to be opened or improperly sealed. Failure to provide a video may result in the inability to receive a replacement.

3.5 Hunnywax assumes no responsibility for any damages that may occur after the item has been dispatched from the Hunnywax warehouse. Hunnywax does not warrant or assume liability for the actions, representations, or warranties made by third-party couriers.

Intellectual Property
4.1 Hunnywax reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
4.2 Customers must acknowledge that any content they provide, including contact details and address, may be transmitted in an unencrypted format. This transmission may involve passing through over various networks, and undergoing changes to comply with technical requirements of connecting networks and devices.
4.3 All intellectual property rights related to the waxing product, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, patents, and copyrighted materials, are the property of Hunnywax.
4.4 Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or using any of the intellectual property rights without the express written consent of Hunnywax.

Indemnification
5.1 By using the waxing product, users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hunnywax and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or related to the use or misuse of the product.

Third-Party Retailers
7.1 The Terms and Conditions outlined in this document primarily apply to the direct sales of the product by Hunnywax to end-users. Any purchase of our product from a third-party retailer is subject to their respective terms and conditions, return policies, and warranty provisions.
7.2 Hunnywax does not warrant or assume liability for the actions, representations, or warranties made by third-party retailers regarding the waxing product.
7.3 Hunnywax will not mediate or be held responsible for any disputes or disagreements between customers and third-party retailers.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
8.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
8.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Philippines.
